Attached is the Notice of Suspension of Presentation which is a standard procedure to allow the Bishop maximum flexibility in considering any changes to the shape of ministry in the deanery by way of pastoral reorganisation. Suspension does not mean that no appointment will be made. The Bishop has already told us that a Priest in Charge, who in almost all practical respects will act as if he or she were vicar or rector, will be appointed.
